The woman in the video we watched in class today about gamers was basically trying to say that if all the people in the world used the attitude they use when they are gaming to actual situations or problems in real life we would accomplish a lot more as humans.
Good but her main point is that by bringing the minds together within a rewarding game scenario we solve the problems faster through communication.
