SPEACE- There should be sufficient space for the user to move around and be comfortable

HOUSEKEEPING- Equipment should be kept clean and required maintenance done

ATMOSPHERIC CONDITION- The room should be at a good temperature and with fresh air

NOSIRE- both external and internal nosies hould be kept within reasonable levels

LIGHTING- Lighting should be sufficient and set up so as not to reflect off the screen

DÉCOR – Should be pleasant and relaxing

PRINTER LOCATION – Away from the user to reduce noise and smell
