Desk Dimensions; a large amount of space to save on clutter and allow wrist space

posture in chair & seating; ergonomic chair, seating height should place your elbows at 90 degrees

Height;eyes to be positioned directly in front of screen

Feet Placement; knees should be on a 90 degree angle directly elbow computer

Position of monitor;far enough away to there is enough room for keyboard but not to far away

key board & mouse relative To user;key board should be at the height of the elbows and have wrist space

Rest Periods and exercise; take regular breaks to increase blood flow
